Plan it Love Shipping Guide
We provide free shipping in the UK to all orders above £30. We are currently only shipping to the UK during our closing sale. This is a small business ran by one disabled person so orders are shipped every Tuesday.

Shipping Times
Due to Covid 19 deliveries may be delayed. Deliveries are shipped every Tuesday and Thursday. Express delivery should arrive between 1-2 working days and Standard delivery between 2-5 working days.

Returns
We gladly accept returns on undamaged items still in their original packaging.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery, please put "Return" in your email header and we will provide you with a return address. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, buyer assumes responsibility for any loss in value. We hope to offer free returns in the future as our store grows. 

Refunds
You should expect to receive a refund within 30 days of returning your package. This includes transit time for the package, the processing time for returns and the time it takes your bank to process a refund request.
